Terms and Conditions

SAAF rents meeting and event space according to the following fee structure, which is subject to change at any time:

  • TLC Lounge – $90/hr or $450/day
  • TLC Patio and Anteroom – $90/hr – $450/day
  • TLC – Combined – $125/hr or $625/day

SAAF reserves the right to deny any request for space or to refuse to allow any party proposed or contracted by requestor to provide services, including, but not limited to, catering and audio-visual providers for any reason or for no reason. If alcohol is served, SAAF requires that renter obtain and present event permits as required by local ordinance.

Although SAAF rents meeting and event space to business entities, SAAF does not allow businesses to conduct retail sales in rented space. After executing contract for space and prior to occupying space, renter must provide SAAF with a certificate of insurance naming SAAF as additionally insured with an insurer satisfactory to SAAF and evincing coverage of at least $1 million per occurrence/$3 million aggregate in personal injury and property damage liability coverage, including contractual liability.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Renter and/or Renter’s associates, guests, invitees, contractors, and all other persons whatsoever Renter allows into venue may only access event space as described by contract and marked on an event diagram provided by SAAF, common areas providing access thereto, toilets, and designated SAAF parking areas.

For food and beverage events, SAAF requires that renters obtain the services of a qualified caterer and that renter or caterer work with SAAF to designate staging areas for catering prior to the event. Although SAAF might have cooking equipment on site, renters may not use it to cook or heat food.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fixtures, artwork, adornments, signs, notices, and other items in venue may not be removed. In no event does SAAF allow projectors, lights, screens, or other audio-visual equipment to be rigged from the structure of its buildings, ceilings, or walls. All audio-visual equipment must be free-standing or ground-rigged. The renter is to ensure that all electrical equipment brought into the venue for use has a valid Portable Appliance Test Certificate.

SAAF reserves the right to make changes to the interior and/or exterior of the venue between the time of the booking and the date of the event. For example, SAAF may make changes to the décor and color schemes of the venue, and cannot guarantee that the venue and its surrounds will be free from additional structures.

No confetti other than flower petals may be used inside or outside.

The venue is a non-smoking venue and no smoking is permitted within the facility.
