Becoming a Client

Dealing with a positive diagnosis and coming to terms with the challenges of living with HIV/AIDS may not be easy. But you don’t have to face those emotions alone. SAAF is here to help you face HIV by helping you link to medical care and other support services.

Schedule An Intake Appointment

Your initial intake appointment will be with our Early Intervention Specialist, who will discuss your HIV specialty care options in the community, individual needs, eligibility process and completion of Ryan White/ADAP enrollment paperwork.

To schedule your initial appointment, please call 520-628-7223

What Can I Expect to Happen at My Intake Appointment?

Our Early Intervention Specialist will review and complete an intake to identify your immediate needs.

An Early Intervention Specialist will ensure that you are linked to medical care, assist with obtaining health insurance coverage if needed, review Ryan White/ADAP eligibility requirements for services, discuss the case management process and answer any additional questions.
